Shipment ( During COVID-19)

Dear Customers:

Due to COVID-19, our warehouses are dispatching orders as quickly as ever, please note that all freight providers are currently experiencing significant increases in demand for home deliveries, so your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

Please be patient, and be assured that our logistics partners are working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

Where do we ship?

Usually , we ship orders worldwide however it will still up to our logistic partner's(e.g DHL )capability.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $100 (net sales) are shipped free. Orders below $100 will be charged a flat fee of $ 6.50

How long does delivery take?

Usually , your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from our warehouse in Singapore. We may email you when the item(s) ordered is out of store or we need extra time to restore inventory , please key an eye on your contact email. 

When will my tracking information appear?

In general , you should see tracking events within 2-3 working days after you have received the tracking confirmation . The reason it takes time to see tracking events is because the first event is created once the shipment is handed by our logistic partner DHL. During COVID-19, it may take longer time to track the shipment events or courrier MAY NOT update tracking events instantly or in time ).

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

For most shipments, DHL provides only milestone tracking which means it may take some time before a new tracking event is displayed. Your package continues to travel to its destination despite the time between the tracking events. Depending on the destination, it could also take time to arrive in the destination country due to the distance and transit time of the selected service.

Your shipment might also be delayed. Delivery delays can be caused by events beyond the control of DHL, e.g. weather events, local disruptions like public holidays, customs or strikes.

In the event your shipment has not arrived within 30-50 working days after the expected delivery time, please contact us first for assistance. We will do our best to contact DHL for an investigation.

Please also note that some packages only have limited tracking events in the country of origin and no tracking events in the destination country.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Sorry , we wish we could but we can not :-( 

When will my shipment be delivered ?

Once your shipment has been handed over to our logistic partner DHL , delivery is based on the service they can provide .

Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the product/service chosen and origin/destination relation; from 2-3 working days for neighboring countries and up to 30-50 working days(even longer time during COVID-19 ) for countries with long distances (not under special conditions).

Please also keep in mind that –  the shipment will normally be handed over to the respective local postal company in your country for final delivery to you.
